Editorial Corrections Policy
IRA Research Hub is committed to accuracy. When errors are identified — whether by readers, providers, or our own team — we correct them promptly and transparently.
How to report an error: Use the contact form above and select "Editorial Correction" as the subject. Please include the URL of the page containing the error, a description of the error, and a source or citation for the correct information where available.
Our response commitment: We review all correction requests within 48 hours. If the error is verified, we will correct the content and update the page's "Last Updated" date. For material corrections, we will add a visible correction notice to the affected page.
What we correct: Factual errors (fee amounts, regulatory status, account minimums), outdated information (provider changes, regulatory updates), and typographical errors that affect meaning.
What we do not change: Editorial opinions, ratings, and rankings are based on our independent methodology and are not subject to correction requests from providers. Providers may contact us to provide updated factual data, which we will verify and incorporate if accurate.
